• AI scores and recommendations are based on the information you self-report and may not reflect your actual creditworthiness as assessed by any lender

5. Your Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide on this platform and on any credit applications you submit to lenders. Do not misrepresent your revenue, credit history, business age, or any other information.
• No fraud: Making false statements on credit applications is illegal and may constitute federal bank fraud. Company Base OS does not condone, facilitate, or assist in any misrepresentation to lenders.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Lawful use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Affiliate & Partner Links

Our platform may display recommendations for third-party financial products including business credit cards, business bank accounts, net-30 vendors, and other financial services. You acknowledge that:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY BASE OS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, CREDIT SCORES, FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company Base OS, LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
