Subscriptions & trials

Company Base OS is a software subscription. If your plan includes a trial, you are charged the stated trial amount today and your membership renews at the regular price at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The price and billing frequency are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@companybaseos.com. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew again. We do not charge cancellation fees.

30-day money-back guarantee

Your membership is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial charge, email us and we will refund what you paid in full. No conditions, no hoops, and no requirement to prove you followed any steps. To request it, email support@companybaseos.com from the address on your account and we will take care of it.

After the first 30 days you can still cancel anytime and your membership simply will not renew again. Charges already billed after the guarantee window are non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
